1. Trading Foreign Exchange and CFDs Carries a High Level of Risk
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, and other margined instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage available can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. You may lose some or all of your initial investment; depending on your broker’s account type and leverage, losses can exceed your deposited funds.
2. No Guarantee of Profit
LORENTZIAN is a software tool that automates the execution of a defined rule set (indicator scoring, nearest-neighbor pattern matching, a secondary neural-network check, regime filtering, and a memory of past losing patterns). It does not guarantee any level of profit, win rate, or drawdown, and it can lose money. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown in any illustration, backtest, or example on the Site.
3. Backtested and Simulated Performance Limitations
Any backtested, simulated, or hypothetical performance results shown on the Site or in documentation have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual live track record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not reflect the impact of slippage, requotes, variable spreads, broker execution quality, latency, or liquidity conditions on real orders. Simulated results are designed with the benefit of hindsight and are not a reliable indicator of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or loss similar to those shown.

5. Technical and Operational Risk
Automated trading software depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your internet connection, your computer or VPS uptime, your broker’s execution and connectivity, MetaTrader 4 platform behavior, and market conditions (gaps, spread widening, news events). Any interruption, delay, or failure of these systems may cause the Software to behave unexpectedly, miss trades, or fail to close/manage open positions as intended. You are solely responsible for monitoring your account and infrastructure.
6. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for: choosing a suitable broker and account type; configuring risk parameters (lot size, stop-loss, take-profit, drawdown limits) appropriate to your own risk tolerance; monitoring your account while the Software is running; and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including any restrictions your broker or jurisdiction places on automated trading.
