This Privacy Policy explains how Logic Nexa Solutions, a sole proprietorship organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://lorentzianbot.com (the “Site”) or purchase and use the LORENTZIAN software (the “Software”).
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account and order information: when you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and order details (product purchased, price, order date).
- Payment information: payments are processed by WooCommerce Payments (Stripe). We do not store your full card number or payment credentials ourselves — these are handled directly by our payment processor under its own privacy and security practices.
- License and activation data: your license key and the MetaTrader 4 account number(s) you activate it on are stored so we can enforce the account limit described in the End-User License Agreement and let you manage activations yourself under My Account.
- Support communications: if you email us for support, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and to keep a record of the issue.
- Usage and analytics data: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
- Cookies: the Site uses cookies for standard functionality (keeping you logged in, remembering your cart) and for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the Site (like checkout) may not work correctly without them.
- Marketing data: we may use remarketing/advertising cookies (for example, through Google Ads or similar services) to show relevant ads to people who have visited the Site, and we may use a customer relationship management (CRM) system to organize customer communications and support history.
2. How We Use Your Information

- enforce the license terms described in the EULA (account activation limits);

- where applicable, show you relevant advertising or follow up on abandoned carts.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Site and deliver the Software, including:
- WooCommerce Payments / Stripe — payment processing;
- Brevo — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, registration, password resets);
- License Manager for WooCommerce — an internal plugin on our own server that stores and validates your license key and activated MT4 account numbers; this data is not shared externally beyond what is needed to run the licensing system itself;
- Google Analytics — aggregated site-usage analytics;
- a CRM system and remarketing/advertising services, where used, to manage customer communications and show relevant ads.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies. We only share what each service needs to perform its specific function.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account, order, and license information for as long as your account exists. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below — we will delete what we can, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, transaction records) for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it (such as marketing). 6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on established, security-audited third parties (Stripe for payment processing, reputable hosting infrastructure) rather than handling sensitive payment data ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Software are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
8. International Visitors
The Site is available to customers wherever they happen to be located. Your information may be processed in Canada or in the countries where our service providers (such as our payment processor, email provider, or analytics provider) operate. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
