1. Nature of the Product
LORENTZIAN is downloadable software delivered via an account-bound license. Because the license is activated against your specific MetaTrader 4 account number(s) and the download becomes available immediately upon purchase, standard digital-goods refund limitations apply as described below.
2. Pre-Activation Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided your license has not yet been activated (i.e., the Software has not successfully completed a license check against any MT4 account). Once a license is activated on an account, it is considered delivered and used, and is non-refundable except as described in Section 4 (Defective Software Exception).
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@lorentzianbot.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
4. Defective Software Exception
If the Software fails to install or run as described due to a verified defect in the Software itself (not due to your broker, VPS, internet connection, MT4 configuration, or trading losses), we will first attempt to fix the issue. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
5. What Is Never Covered
Refunds do not cover: trading losses incurred while using the Software; dissatisfaction with trading performance or win rate; incompatibility with a broker that restricts EAs, hedging, or high-frequency trading; or failure to follow the setup documentation.
6. License Deactivation on Refund
Upon issuing a refund, your license is immediately revoked and the Software will cease to function on your account(s). Continued use of the Software after a refund has been issued is a breach of the EULA.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we resolve the vast majority of issues directly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks (e.g., after continued use of an active license) will result in license revocation and may be contested with evidence of delivery, activation, and these Terms.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
